WELCOME to the 2023/24 School Year

 This year our Superhero’s of STEM will be engaging in a new CS4ALL curriculum called Software Engineering Program Jr. (SEPjr).  The goals of SEPjr are to (1) increase the number of elementary students learning computer science, (2) develop students’ computational thinking and problem-solving skills in real-world contexts, and (3) enable students to engage in computer science instruction in each year of elementary school. 

In addition to this program students will be completing various hands on STEM learning activities as well.  Activities will incorporate hands on STEM learning including STEM Vocabulary using our SUPERHERO’S of STEM BOOK,  Coding, Robotics, and monthly STEM Challenges all of which will be based in SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY, ENGINEERING, and MATH. All of our STEM Superhero’s will be following the Engineering Process to complete all activities.
